Joelle is a paralegal in the real estate department, primarily focused in the area of residential real estate in the Downeast Maine region. Her responsibilities include supporting several attorneys and assisting with all aspects of real estate transactions including drafting Purchase and Sale Agreements, deeds and ancillary documents, conducting title searches and facilitating real estate closings. Joelle also works with the corporate department handling entity formations, franchise tax filings and drafting corporate governance documents.
