Viridian represented Dutch venture capital fund PureTerra Ventures as a major investor in Membrion‘s $20 million Series B-1 round. The round included investments from a range of major new and existing investors, including Pangaea Ventures, Ecolab, Inc., and W. L. Gore & Associates. They are joined by The Lewis Family Office and existing investors Safar Partners, Lam Research, Indico Ventures and GiantLeap Capital.
The new round brings total funding for Membrion to $43 million since its inception, fueling rapid growth as it transforms industrial wastewater into a reusable resource through it’s provision of adaptive water infrastructure.
Viridian professionals Jeff Spaulding, Jen Baroletti and Joelle Ingalls advised PureTerra Ventures in the round.
