Jeff has a broad-based emerging companies and venture capital (ECVC) practice, specializing in startups in growth sectors, advising them on venture capital rounds, securities offerings, strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions. Jeff also works with investors and investment funds on fund formation, operation, regulatory compliance, and company-level investments.
Jeff also regularly represents venture capital funds in negotiating investments in target companies, including a number of international funds in their U.S. investment transactions.
Jeff also serves as the Managing Director of Viridian.
